Industry: construction

Websites for construction companies: project portfolio, quote requests and service areas, from €600

Your real projects with real photos, a quote form that tells you what the client wants to build, and pages for the areas where you work.

A construction site that brings quote requests you can price

We build websites for construction companies: a portfolio of your real projects, a page for each type of work, a quote form that collects the details you need, and pages for the areas you serve. A presentation site with content admin (up to 8 pages, bilingual, technical SEO) usually costs €600–1,500. A static 1–2 page site starts at €150. We work remotely and charge the same anywhere in Romania.

What a person planning a house looks for

Someone comparing three builders opens three websites and looks for the same things: what you have built, whether it resembles their project, how you work and how to reach you. Give each project its own page with 8–15 photos taken on site and at handover, the built area, the structure type, the duration and the county. Never publish the client's exact address, and publish photos showing people or number plates only with the client's written consent.

A quote form that filters out vague requests

A form with a name and a phone number brings vague requests. A form that asks about the project brings requests you can judge in five minutes: type of work (shell and structure, finished house, extension, renovation, hall), approximate area, whether the client owns the plot, whether a design and a building permit exist, the locality, the budget range and the wanted start. An optional upload for plans helps. Each request lands in your inbox and, if you want, in a spreadsheet with one column per field.

Certifications exactly as you hold them

If the company holds ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001, publish the standard, the certifying body and the expiry date. If it does not, no badge appears. The same goes for attestations. Law 10/1995 assigns quality checks to authorised site supervisors hired by the investor and authorised technical managers for execution hired by the contractor, and the State Inspectorate in Construction authorises both. If your company employs attested managers, a page naming who answers for quality, published with their consent, says more than a slogan.

Warranty and what the law says

Article 30 of Law 10/1995 makes the designer, the contractor, the site supervisor and the others liable, each according to their duties, for hidden defects that appear within 10 years of acceptance, and for load-bearing structure defects caused by breaking the norms for the whole life of the building. Explain this in plain words and add the warranties from your own contracts. Do not promise a warranty your contract does not contain.

Details the footer must carry

Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce, article 5, requires a service provider to keep its name, registered office, contact details, trade-register number and tax code easy to find, and, where tariffs are shown, to say whether they include VAT. If you show an indicative price per square metre, state whether VAT is included and what it covers: foundation, structure, installations, finishes.

Local SEO: one page per area you really serve

People search by place, for example a builder of houses in Brașov county. Create a page for a county or town only where you have built or have a crew, and fill it with that area's projects. Copy-pasted city pages with the name swapped help nobody. Set up a Google Business Profile and, if you work at clients' sites, follow Google's guidelines for representing your business. On the site, mark up the company with LocalBusiness structured data.

What moves the price

The €600–1,500 band covers a site you update yourself: you add projects and photos through the admin panel. The price rises with project filters by type and area, a quote calculator, a CRM integration or more languages. What the site includes

Six things a builder's site needs

Chosen for how clients actually compare builders, not for decoration.

  • Project portfolio

One page per project with photos, built area, structure type, duration and county. You add new ones from the admin panel.

  • Quote form with project details

Type of work, area, plot status, permit status, budget range and start date, with an optional plan upload.

  • Certifications as held

Standard, issuer and expiry date for each certificate. Nothing you do not hold appears on the page.

  • Pages for areas served

A page for each county or town where you have really built, filled with projects from that area.

  • Call and message in one tap

Most visitors arrive on a phone. A call button stays within reach on every page.

  • Photos that load fast

Large project galleries are resized and served in modern formats, so the page stays quick on mobile data.

How it works

How a construction site project runs

  1. 1

    Call and project inventory

A video call on Google Meet. You tell us which works you want to win, and we list the finished projects worth showing.

  2. 2

    Structure and form design

We agree the service pages, the project template and the exact fields of the quote form, and send a written offer with the price.

  3. 3

    Build and first projects

We build the site and load the first projects together with you, so you learn the admin panel on real content.

  4. 4

    Launch and local setup

Domain, Search Console, sitemap and Google Business Profile. Then a short handover on how to add a project.

Related work

We have no client in construction yet, so there is no construction project to show you. What we can point to is adjacent work. The law-firm website is a concept we built to show how service pages, a contact form with spam protection and an editable blog fit together. This website is live and runs on the same content-admin approach you would use to add projects, with built-in call booking on Google Calendar. Both pages are labelled as what they are: a concept and our own site. If you want to see how a portfolio of many items is organised and searched, the BAC exam archive shows a large catalogue with filters. See everything in the portfolio.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How much does a website for a construction company cost?

A static 1–2 page site starts at €150–350. A presentation site with up to 8 pages, content admin, bilingual text and technical SEO is usually €600–1,500. A custom-coded site with project filters or a quote calculator starts at €2,500. Prices are indicative, negotiable and agreed in writing before work starts.

Who takes the project photos and writes the texts?

You supply the photos and the facts about each project: area, structure, duration, county. We write and edit the page text from your notes and from a call, and we resize the photos. Good photos matter more than long text, so ask your site manager to shoot at set stages.

Can I add new projects myself?

Yes, on the €600–1,500 band. The admin panel has a form for each project: you type the facts, upload the photos and publish. We show you on a call with real content from your first projects, and the manual stays valid afterwards. The static €150–350 site has no admin panel.

Who owns the domain and where is the site hosted?

The domain is registered in your name, so you keep it if we stop working together. Hosting, domain renewal and business email have recurring costs that depend on the provider and the plan you pick; we explain the options and you pay the providers directly or through us, as you prefer.

Will the site rank when people search for a builder in my area?

We cannot promise a position on Google. We set up what depends on us: clean structure, fast pages, a page for each area you serve with real local projects, a Google Business Profile and structured data. Rankings also depend on competition and on how many real projects you publish over time.

What about GDPR for the quote form?

The form collects names, phone numbers and plot details, so it needs a short privacy notice that says who receives the data, why and for how long. We add the notice and a consent line, keep the data out of public pages and ask only for what you need to price the job. You decide the retention period.

Can I show prices on the website?

Yes, and many clients prefer it. Under article 5 of Law 365/2002, shown tariffs must say whether VAT is included. For a price per square metre, add what it covers and what it excludes. Show only prices you can honour, since a published figure that you later refuse can annoy clients and attract complaints.
