AI Translator Pro
A desktop app that translates Word, PowerPoint, PDF and text files with local or cloud language models, and rebuilds each document with its formatting, tables and layout intact.

- document formats rebuilt with formatting
- Local + cloud
- models, chosen per job
A Danube Labs product in development. It is closed source and not released yet; this page presents what it does.
Most translation tools either lose the formatting or send your documents to someone else's servers. AI Translator Pro keeps both: it runs models locally when you want privacy, uses cloud models when you want reach, and puts the translated text back exactly where it came from.
What it does
- Translates DOCX, PPTX, PDF and TXT: paragraphs, table cells, text boxes and slide shapes are extracted, translated in chunks and rebuilt with their bold, italics, colours and fonts
- Routes each request to a local model (llama.cpp or Transformers) or a cloud API (Gemini, OpenRouter), configured per model without touching the code
- An optional second pass with a proofreading model
- OCR for images, the clipboard and scanned PDF pages, feeding the same pipeline
- A rich-text editor with copy-to-Word that keeps formatting, batch mode, and pause or stop on long jobs
- GPU-aware model loading with CPU fallback, and hardware-bound licensing
